We do not accept refund, returns or exchanges unless we have made grossly description mistakes on the item, however, we are human beings and sometimes make mistakes too, if you have any problems with yr purchase, please always let us know immediately and we will find ways to solve it.
* We pay close attention to the quality of the product , each piece is fully inspected, sanitized and well-packed before sending them out . all items sending from smoke and pet free home
* Due to the characteristics of viewing on a computer or mobile devices, the product image may have slightly color deviation from the actual color. The color of the image will not be treated as our deficiency.
* Please open the packing box as soon as possible after the product arrives and check the product.
* When we agreed to do return or exchange under special circumstances. Please ensure to return it in unused conditions to the provided return address by economy air mail with a trackable shipping number , within 14 days from date of confirmation
*If the delivered product is defective or different from the ordered product by our fault, we will immediately replace it with the same product (new product only) or repair it,
*If there is no replacement stock or repair is difficult we will refund your money. We will bear the shipping cost for the return.
*In the unlikely event that you place an order by credit card payment and the order is canceled based on the conditions, we will refund or provide shop credit
